Troopers Believe Driver Deliberately Struck Pedestrian in Washita County

CANUTE — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a driver under the influence of illegal drugs deliberately hit a pedestrian today at 6:21 a.m. on County Road 2080 south of County Road 1060, six miles south of Canute in Washita County.

COWETA — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a Porter resident is in stable condition following a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 7:59 p.m. Sept. 20 on 385th E. Ave. just south of 151st Street just southeast of Coweta in Wagoner County.

DEPEW — On Friday, Sept. 18, Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics shut down an illegal marijuana growing operation in Creek County.

MOORE — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a non-injury accident involving a trooper occurred at 2:21 a.m. on Sept. 19 on N. 5th Street just east of the Interstate 35 Service Road in Moore in Cleveland County.

Goltry Man Killed in Accident


GOLTRY — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a Goltry man was killed in a two-vehicle accident that occurred today at 8:18 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 720 and Caddo Road, south of Glory in Alfalfa County.
