MUSKOGEE — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that an injury collision occurred on Sept. 22 at 8:28 a.m. on the Muskogee Turnpike at County Road East-West 101, in Muskogee County.
Troopers report that a 2019 International Semi, driven by Ronald Dean Wilson, 61, Muskogee, was southbound when for an unknown reason he departed the roadway to left striking a bridge post.
Wilson was airlifted to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in critical condition with head, trunk internal, trunk external, arm and leg injuries.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
